Delivery

You can deliver texts to us by e-mail attachment, fax or mail; e-mail is fast and practical for you and for us.

What we may need from you:
- for sworn translations: the original document or a clean and clear copy.
- the official spelling or the Chinese characters of Chinese names: given the nature of the Chinese language these cannot always be traced back.

 

We deliver by mail as well as in digital form. Besides in Word, we can deliver in the following formats: Powerpoint, Excel, PDF, RTF, and EPS. This is possible by e-mail, on diskette or on cd-rom.

Courier, express and registered mail costs will be at the client's expense.


Digital processing: we can 'overwrite' a digitally delivered text while retaining the original layout. NB: for our delivery to you of Chinese digital text, consultation is necessary regarding technical demands.

 

Payment

Upon delivery you will receive an invoice, which you can pay via bank transfer. For assignments from abroad we require prepayment. Foreign bank charges are for the client.
